Refund & Returns

Our refund policy states that refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged upon arrival. In the case of a lost parcel, please process your claim directly through the courier service. Thank you for your understanding.

At Sunkissed, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you encounter any issues with your product upon receipt, please inform us on the same day. All parcels are tracked to prevent any losses, and while we do our best to accommodate refunds and returns, these will be at the discretion of Sunkissed & Co. Thank you.

All returns should be processed through email before sending parcels back.
