• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

• During peak times or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

 

 

3. Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). Use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

 

 

 

 

4. Delivery Issues

 

 

Sunkissed & Co. is not responsible for:

 

• Delays caused by couriers

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Packages marked as “delivered” but not received (please contact the courier directly in these cases)

• We do not currently offer international shipping.
